Today physical hearing was held but on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is taken up by way of hybrid hearing.

This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 227 dated 13th October, 2020 under Sections 454 and 380 IPC (Section 411 IPC was added later on), registered at Police Station Lohian, District Jalandhar Rural.

This Court vide order dated 09.04.2021 granted interim bail to the petitioner, subject to joining investigation. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Sarabjeet Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating.

As no custodial interrogation is needed, the interim bail granted on 09.04.2021 is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
