On 09.07.2024 the following order was passed : "Learned counsel appearing for the appellant states that she has not been able to contact the appellant. In view thereof, let actual date notice be issued to the appellant, returnable 17.09.2024."

As per the office report, the sole appellant is stated to have died. None has come forward to be impleaded as legal representative of the appellant. There is no fresh/correct address of the respondent available as the learned counsel has stated that she does not have any instructions in the matter. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
