This is a contempt petition filed under Section 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for their willful and intentional disobedience of the order dated 30.08.2019 (Annexure P-1) passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 29.12.2025 in accordance with law in case the petitioner is aggrieved of the same.
