******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.81 dated 11.08.2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 21/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Behram District S.B.S. Nagar.

Heard.

Recovery from the petitioner is of commercial quantity of contraband. Provisions of Section 37 NDPS Act bars the grant of regular bail to petitioner.
