H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Avdesh Singh, from Police Station Qila Lal Singh, District Batala, has informed that an un-traced report in this case has been prepared, which has since been filed in the Court.
Under these circumstances, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. A copy of the order be sent to the trial Court, through concerned District and Sessions Judge, for compliance. Faced with such situation, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he be permitted withdraw the present petition at this stage granting him liberty to approach the Court if need be.
