(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing impugned order dated 11.07.2018 (Annexure P-7) passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurdaspur, declaring the petitioner as proclaimed person in case FIR No. 54 dated 04.08.2017 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC (Section 201 IPC was added later on) at Police Station Tibber, District Gurdaspur. By placing on record a copy of order dated 26.07.2021, passed by the trial Court, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that pursuant to the order dated 09.04.2021, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had surrendered before the trial Court and was released on bail. Now, he is regularly appearing before the trial Court. In view of the above, the instant petition stands disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
