The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 19.03.2024 learned counsel for the appellants had sought time to implead the legal representatives of the respondent. Today learned counsel for the appellants states that he has not been able to get details of the legal representatives of the respondent.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
