(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 816 dated 20.08.2018 registered under Section 22 NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station City Sirsa. Counsel for the petitioner has argued that co-accused namely Deepak Saini and Ashok Kumar were granted regular interim bail by this Court vide order dated 8.2.2019 and 27.02.2019 till the receipt of FSL report and prays that the petitioner be also granted regular interim bail on this very ground.

On instructions from SI Raj Kumar, learned DAG has accepted this fact.

In the circumstances, I do not deem it appropriate to deny the petitioner concession of interim bail. The instant petition stands disposed in the same terms.
