Vide order dated 03.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the office report, appellant Nos.1 to 3 and 5 stand duly served. Appellant No.4 is stated to have married and not residing at the given address. Appellant No.6 is stated to have died. Appellant No.7 was not found residing at the given address. Appellant No.8 is stated to be abroad. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 stand duly served. Respondent No.4 is stated to have died. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant Nos.1 to 3 and 5 despite service. This is the only address of appellant Nos.4, 7 and 8 which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of both the Courts. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant No.6 nor any counsel has Yogesh Sharma 2024.05.08 09:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
