(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for taking action against the private respondents in case FIR No.13 dated 18.1.2024 (Annexure P1) under Section 346 IPC (later on Sections 376(d), 365, 328, 376(2)(n) and 506 IPC added subsequently), registered at Police Station Siwani, District Bhiwani.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage limits his prayer and submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani, to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 12.3.2024 (Annexure P-2) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, without going into the merits of the present petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani, to forthwith consider the grievance(s) raised by the petitioner in the aforesaid representation and take action thereupon as he/she deems fit, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
