The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to re-issue him passport with correct date and place of birth. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that in the earlier passport, date and place of birth of the petitioner have been wrongly recorded as 08.08.1994 and village 'Mandhali' whereas his correct date of birth is 11.09.1994 and place of birth is 'Ramanandi, Tehsil Sardulgarh, District Mansa'.
