Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.1599, dated 14.12.2014, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station City Panipat, District Panipat.

Heard.

Prosecution story, in brief, is that petitioner No.1 had prepared his death certificate to save his skin from the criminal case registered against him by his wife-complainant.

Petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2015. Challan has already been presented in the Court. Conclusion of trial may take time. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioners be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Panipat.
