**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners have participated in the selection process for the post of Male Constable (General Duty), pursuant to advertisement dated 16.04.2018 (P-1). The apprehension of the petitioners is that they have not been awarded appropriate marks. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned State counsel has informed the Court that the final result for the post of Male Constable (General Duty) has already been declared on 28.02.2019. She further states that in one month's time, the individual result of all the candidates will be uploaded on the website and within next 15 days, the revised answer key will also be uploaded.

In view of the said fact, the petition is disposed of by giving direction to the respondent-Commission to upload the individual result of all the candidates within a period of four weeks and if the petitioners after seeing their result had any grievance with regard to marks, they can get this petition revived by filing a fresh petition with better particulars.
