RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of order dated 10.02.2023, Annexure P-5, passed by learned JMIC, Amritsar, vide which cancellation/untraced report in FIR No.28, dated 23.03.2018, under Sections 307, 34 IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar, filed by the police has been rejected and police authorities are directed to conduct further investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail any other remedy as available to them under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
