On 16.07.2024 the following order was passed : "On 16.01.2024 the counsel for the appellants had sought time to get instructions. Fresh notice was also issued to respondent Nos.1, 3, 5, 7 to 10 and 11 on furnishing of correct address. Counsel for the appellants was also to file an application for impleading the legal representatives of respondent Nos.6, 12, 14 and 15. However, today learned counsel for the appellants states that she has no instructions in the matter. In view thereof, let notice be issued to the appellants, returnable 14.10.2024."

As per the office report, the appellants remain unserved due to incomplete address. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of both the Courts. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
