ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to protect the life, liberty and property of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondents No.3 to 5.

This petition is pending since 2018.

The affidavit of the Investigating Officer dated 27.11.2018 is on record, in which it is stated that vide DDR No.25 dated 15.10.2018 registered with Police Station Divison No.2, Jalandhar, a Kalandra under Sections 107/150 Cr.P.C stands filed. Since this petition is pending since long and even the period of 06 months has already elapsed, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infrucutuous.

However liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the authorities, in case the petitioner still apprehends any threat to this life and liberty.

Disposed of.
