Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.71, dated 09.02.2020, under Sections 323, 354, 376, 377, 406, 498-A, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Farakpur, District Yamuna Nagar. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
