The present petition has been filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C., 1973, seeking quashing of complaint No.60 dated 02.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) and Notice dated 15.05.2024 (Annexure P-2) of alleged "Professional Misconduct" of the petitioner.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner, to avail alternate legal remedy available to her, as per law. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
