Mr. Gaurav Bansal, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana. *** Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that petitioner has since given specimen signatures and writing in the Court of JMIC Panchkula. He has filed copy of order dated 10.10.2017 in that regard. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Ishwar Singh from Police Station Sector 10, Panchkula states that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and has furnished an affidavit that he has lost his Passport. State counsel submits that petitioner is not required for further investigation. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 21.7.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
