-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.27 dated 10.2.2022 registered under Sections 324, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on) at Police Station Kotwali District Kapurthala.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who was attributed simple injury has joined investigation with the police in the light of previous order dated 8.4.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

( 2 ) CRM-M-14914-2022 State counsel on instructions from ASI Rakesh Kumar has admitted that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police and that the challan is also presented and now the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 8.4.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
