The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the FIR No.73 dated 17.04.2019, registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Sadar Jagraon, Police District Ludhiana Rural, District Ludhiana along with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, including the charge sheet dated 14.02.2020.
