(Oral) The present revision petition has been preferred against the impugned order dated 09.01.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar Mohali vide which the application under Section 227 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for discharging him had been dismissed and to the order dated 18.01.2025 vide which the charge has been framed against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the parties inform this Court that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has already been acquitted by the Trial Court on 12.12.2025. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
