**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 115 dated 27.5.2016, registered under Sections 498-A, 328, 377, 34 IPC, Police Station Sadar Narwana, District Jind.

FSL report has been received which was negative for common poison. The allegations levelled by the complainant were that she had been administered some poisonous material.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 9.8.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
