The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 09.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellant Nos.1(a), (b), (g), (h), (i) and appellant No.2(b), 2(c), 3, 4, 5 and 6 are stated to have died. Appellant Nos.1(c), (d), (e) and appellant No.2(a) stand duly served. Appellant No.1(f) is not residing at the given address. Sole respondent stand duly served. Neither anyone has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant Nos.1(c), (d), (e) and appellant No.2(a) nor anybody has put in appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of appellant Nos.1(a), (b), (g), (h), (i) and appellant No.2(b), 2(c), 3, 4, 5 and 6. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
