**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 231 dated 25.11.2016 registered at Police Station Chappar, District Yamuna Nagar under Sections 304-B, 302 IPC.

Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2016. He is the father-inlaw of the deceased. The unfortunate incident took place on 25.11.2016. The girl was seven months pregnant. Initially the allegations were made only against the husband but a day later another statement was made and the Jeth and Jethani and the father-in-law were also named. The investigation is over. Challan has been presented. Charge has been framed and the trial will take time.
