NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Sat Pal Singh of Police Station, Sehna, District Barnala, submits that after thorough investigation, cancellation report has been prepared and after completing the formalities the same shall be presented before learned Area Judicial Magistrate.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Ordered accordingly.
