On 09.09.2024 the following order was passed : On 14.08.2024 the case was adjourned on request of learned counsel for the appellants on the ground that he was unwell. Today again a similar request has been made for an adjournment.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 19.11.2024. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted and in the event of case being not argued on the next date of hearing, the same shall be dismissed for nonprosecution. To be shown in the urgent list.

Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof and in view of the previous order, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
