**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in complaint case No.56 dated 18/19.10.2012 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 406, 498-A, 323 and 34 IPC pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Phul, District Bathinda.

This Court vide order dated 18.07.2016 directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court and submit his bail bonds. Learned counsel for the complainant has put in appearance and states that the petitioner had appeared before the trial Court and bail bonds furnished by him, in pursuance of order of this Court, were accepted by the trial Court. He prays that the trial in the present complaint be concluded expeditiously.
