Present:

Mr. Shiv Kumar, Advocate For the petitioner.

Mr. Ajay Sharma, DAG Haryana.

* * * * The petitioner-workman served a demand notice seeking reference to the Labour Court. The learned Commissioner declined the reference after holding that it is not a fit case for referring the matter to the Labour Court. Hence, this petition at the instance of the workman. A reading of the writ petition goes to show that the workman sought reference against M/s Techmsha Products India, Mathura Road, Ballabgarh. The said Firm has since ceased to exist. This writ petition has, consequently, been rendered infructuous as no relief can be given to the petitioner.

Counsel, in the circumstances, submits that the matter be consigned to record with liberty to the petitioner to get it revived, in case of need.

It is ordered accordingly.
