This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the official respondents to take action on complaint, Annexure P-1 preferred by the petitioner.
Learned State counsel at the outset submits that an inquiry has already been conducted into the matter by Assistant Commissioner of Police, Head Quarter, Jalandhar. According to said report, it has been found that respondent no. 3 has no role in the alleged transaction.
In view of above, no further direction from the court is necessary. Dismissed.
