(ORAL) The petitioner, through the instant petition, is seeking setting aside of order dated 22.02.2023 whereby Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri, has only awarded litigation expenses of Rs. 5000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that Family Court may be directed to expedite the final determination of maintenance because no interim maintenance has been granted to the petitioner.

The petitioner is getting interim maintenance of Rs. 1500/- under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, however, no interim maintenance has been granted under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

Without commenting upon merits of the case, the Family Court is requested to expedite final determination of maintenance in PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.03.24 17:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
