**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 74 of 21.04.2016, under Section 420/498-A/406/120-B IPC, registered at P.S. City, District Kapurthala.

Learned State counsel, on instruction has stated that DIG has approved the cancellation report prepared by the police and will be presented shortly. Further the son of the petitioner got divorce from the complainant on 07.06.2016.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 18.07.2016 passed by this Court is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do GAURAV ARORA 2016.10.07 14:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
