ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.
The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. On 04.04.2024 none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Learned counsel for the respondent also stated that he has not been able to contact his client. Therefore, notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellants as well as the sole respondent remain unserved as they are not found residing at the given address. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service of the appellants except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court and is the same on which the notices were sent. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.
Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
