This appeal has been filed by the Haryana Land Reclamation and Development Corporation Limited, which is an instrumentality of the State of Haryana.

Pursuant to the order dated 08.12.2023, Ms. Vibha Tewari, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, has produced a communication sent to her by the appellant-Corporation to the effect that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal in view of the developments which have taken place during the last 28 years. The aforesaid communication dated 14.12.2023, is taken on record as Ex.C1.
