The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 15.01.2026 passed by this Court in CRM-M-1574-2026, whereby Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala, was directed to decide the representation dated 13.10.2025 filed by the petitioner.

In compliance of the order dated 15.01.2026 passed by this Court in CRM-M-1574-2026, compliance affidavit dated 15.04.2026 of Gaurav Toora, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala, along with copy of DDR (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of the respondent in the Registry. The same is taken on record.
