The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib that in case the petitioners are to be associated with an inquiry or any information is to be elicited from them, then a prior intimation be given to them. It is further ordered that in case petitioners No.1 to 3, who are ladies, are to be called to the Police Station, then it be ensured that they are called only in day time and they are not made to sit for long time or during late hours of the day. 3.
