At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the death certificate of the petitioner, as, issued, on 10.11.2020, by the competent authority, inasmuch as, by South Delhi Municipal Corporation. In the afore death certificate, the date of demise of the petitioner, is revealed to be 31.10.2020.

Registry to place on record the afore death certificate of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present petition becomes abated, and, is disposed of as such.
