(ORAL) The petitioners herein seek the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.47 dated 07.03.2021 registered at Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar, under Sections 324, 34 IPC wherein the offences under Sections 323 and 326 IPC are stated to have been added later-on.
Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Sukhwant Singh of Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar, submits that in compliance of the order dated 09.04.2021 as passed by this Court, the petitioners had joined in the investigation of the case and their NEETU RANI 2021.08.03 15:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC

custodial interrogation is not required and that they are not involved in any other criminal case of similar nature.
In view of the above-discussed submission of learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioners vide the said order dated 09.04.2021, is made absolute.
However, the petitioners shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
