R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is made under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking direction to respondent no. 2 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner. Prayer is also made to issue direction to respondent no. 3 not to harass the petitioner without any rhyme and reason.

The petitioner has already moved a representation dated 06.07.2015 (Annexure P-2) to Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa.

Though, this Court is not inclined to show indulgence in this matter in which FIR is registered by the police and the petitioner was arrested and released on bail, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his representation (Annexure P-2) already made to Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa.
