Civil Revision No. 1340 of 2022 (O&M) -2on 2.3.2012 and since as is claimed by the counsel for the revisionist-defendant no. 4, inspite of seven years having passed, the plaintiff has yet to complete his evidence and it should be the endeavour of the Courts that the parties get justice at the earliest. Be so as it may. The present petition stands disposed of with the directions to the concerned court to expedite the matter and decide the same preferably within a period of one year from the receipt of certified copy of this order by ensuring short adjournments.
