Bawal, District Rewari. ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The petitioner has sought direction to respondents to investigate the matter in case bearing FIR No. 244 dated 25.10.2017, registered at Police Station Bawal, District Rewari for offences punishable under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506, 379A and 307 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act in just, proper and impartial manner. As per reply filed by the State, investigation in this case and in cross-version case were transferred from District Rewari to District Nuh under the order dated 03.01.2018 passed by Inspector General of Police, South Range, Rewari. Five accused were arrested in this case while four were found innocent and final report was submitted in Court at Bawal on 16.05.2018.

Keeping in view facts as stated in reply and that the final report has already been filed by the police in Court, this petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail other legal remedy available to him under the law.
