NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) There is no representation on behalf of either of the parties. Perusal of the file shows that vide order dated 14.01.2020, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court had observed that as the matter is 25 years old, necessitates speedy disposal and, therefore, the same was ordered to be shown at the end of urgent list and no adjournment slip would be entertained. Similar observations have also been made by this Court in the order dated 07.02.2020.

Despite the aforesaid observations of this Court, none has put in appearance on behalf of the either of the parties. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the appellant or his counsel is not interested in pursuing the instant second appeal. Thus, the instant regular second appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending application(s), if any, as well as the IOIN also stand disposed of, accordingly.
