The present regular second appeal has been filed by the plaintiff-appellant challenging the judgment and decree dated 02.02.1995 passed by the Trial Court and the judgment and decree dated 27.04.1995 passed by the First Appellate Court, whereby the suit of the plaintiffappellant for recovery of ₹7,979/- was dismissed. 2.

The pecuniary subject matter of the present appeal is ₹7,979/- which does not exceed ₹25,000/-. As per Section 102 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 no second appeal shall lie from any decree when the subject matter of the original suit is for the recovery of money not exceeding ₹25,000/-.

Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed off being not maintainable.
