2. Learned counsel submits that regarding the claim as raised in the present petition, a legal notice dated 15.03.2024, Annexure P-3, has been served upon respondents, receipt whereof as Annexure P-4 followed by a reminder dated 11.07.2024, Annexure P-8, however, the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

3. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to MOHIT 2025.04.04 10:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-8865-2025 (O&M) -2decide the legal notice along with reminder dated 15.03.2024 and 11.07.2024, within a period of 6 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to her and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to her interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
