**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 15 dated 5.3.2012 under Sections 306/506 IPC registered at Police Station Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar.

Notice of motion was issued and interim protection was granted. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before the Court an order dated 10.8.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rupnagar and submits that in compliance of the order of this Court, petitioner has appeared before the learned trial court and furnished bail bonds/surety bonds which have been duly accepted by the learned trial court.

In view of the above, instant petition is allowed and the order dated 17.7.2015 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute. Disposed of, accordingly.
