**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 11 dated 22.2.2016 registered at Police Station Talwara, District Hoshiarpur under Sections 363, 366-A IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 23.2.2016 and challan has been filed. Counsel urges that the allegations against the petitioner are that the main accused Hardeep had enticed the girl and had taken her away with the help of the petitioner. Counsel urges that the allegation is that Hardeep had used the vehicle owned by the petitioner. The petitioner runs a taxi service. The investigation is over.
