Last opportunity is granted to the counsel for the appellant to implead the legal representatives of deceased appellant as well as the respondents. List on 23.09.2024."

No application for impleading the legal representatives of the appellants as well as respondent has been filed till date. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the case being called twice since morning. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
