H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) This petition for pre-arrest bail has been filed by petitioners Kanwaljit Kaur and Jagdeep Singh Hayer, who have been declared as proclaimed absconders.

In terms of the ratio of the authority State of Madhya Pradesh vs. Pradeep Sharma, 2014 (1) RCR (Criminal) 269, when an accused had absconded and declared as proclaimed offender, he is not entitled to pre-arrest bail, this petition cannot proceed. Thus finding no merit in the petition, the same stands dismissed.
