The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 13.02.2024 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, sole appellant is stated to be residing abroad. Although in the memo of parties besides the local address of the appellant it has also been mentioned that he is presently residing abroad, but no foreign address has been mentioned. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
