**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to submit final report in case FIR No.182, dated 20.10.2018 registered in Police Station Pillu Khera, District Jind under Section 147, 149, 323, 341, 427 IPC, Section 304-A IPC added later on. Learned State counsel on instructions from Dr. Ravi Khundia, D.S.P., Jind submits that the untraced report in the present case was prepared way back on 26.12.2019 and the same shall be presented before Illaqa Magistrate within two weeks from today. In view of the above, nothing substantial survives to be adjudicated upon in the present petition at this stage. However, in compliance of the aforesaid order the Superintendent of Police, Jind shall file his own affidavit within a period of 7 days from filing of the aforesaid report dated 26.12.2019 before Illaqa Magistrate. In case, no TEJWINDER SINGH 2023.02.28 17:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-27458-2022 -2such affidavit is filed within four weeks from today, the aforesaid petition shall automatically stand restored.
